This wallet was designed to validate a customers identity efficiently and let the user control their personal data.

simplicity of identity proofing
Upon joining AuthenticID, I quickly assessed their design needs and embarked on a successful mission to modernize and update all of their products. Leveraging my valuable experiences at Disney and embracing the principles of simplicity in design, I skillfully revamped the original user flow of prior builds, leading to the resounding success of Identity Pass.
discovery & gaining user trust
When designing Identity Pass, we wanted to focus on the face that the end-user always was in control, and felt in control of their PII.
From my research, many users seemed to be hesitant in sharing their IDs because of the overall misuse of customer data.
It was my goal to make the user well informed that they truly are in control, but to also sooth the user during the process.
