During my time at AuthenticID, I took the initiative to enhance the physical product experience for our executive leadership team. They provided initial mock-ups, and leveraging my expertise in designing the iOS application, I volunteered to elevate the overall design & user experience. I led cross-functional collaboration, providing regular status updates on progress and completed milestones to various departments.
While other teams were engaged in their respective tasks, I took charge of designing the box, crafting a tutorial booklet, and refining the iOS application. Conducting thorough research, I identified reputable manufacturers based in the USA to source the physical components of the product.
Presenting a well-crafted proposal to my leadership, I obtained their approval for production.
Working closely with the manufacturers, I orchestrated the creation of an exquisite hard box with a magnetized flap, along with custom foam inserts for all the product components.
The final result garnered immense praise from the executive leadership team and was sent to numerous interested customers seeking our Identity Proofing product. Additionally, this product serves as a valuable training tool, allowing teams to learn from the immersive experience I developed.
